“No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.”
We can’t move forward or even see what awesome things are in store for us if we keep holding on to the past. We should see the blessing in our past lessons, but we don’t have to continually drag the whole past experience or person forward with us. We can’t grasp our future with our hands full of our past. Let the past stay where is belongs, which is in the past… and focus on what’s ahead!
